CHANIA STEMPOWSKI
Joint Managing Director
Chania is the Managing Director for the Sub-Saharan Africa business where she advises clients on board and senior executive appointments across Africa. She leads the Retail & Consumer practice and has extensive experience across industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Mining. Before entering the search industry, Chania spent several years abroad working in the financial services sector. She began her career at PWC in South Africa, where she completed her articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

LAUREN VAN HALDEREN
Joint Managing Director
Lauren is the joint Managing Director for the Sub-Saharan Africa business where she is the lead Partner for the Board practice. Her search experience includes senior executive and board roles within the Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Mining, Telecommunications and Public sectors. Over the years, Lauren has been responsible for senior appointments across Africa, Australia, North America, and the United Kingdom. Lauren is a member of the Odgers global advisory board.
